Changing DNS Numbers for Windows 98

Step 1:    On your desktop,  Double click on My Computer.

Step 2:     Double click on Dial Up-Networking.



Step 3:     Click on Internet Cafe, which ever is present.  
                Right click and go down to Properties.



Step 4:     First, Click on the Server Types tab located at the top.
                Then, Click on TCP/IP Settings, located at the bottom right hand side.



Step 5:     Make sure your TCP/IP SETTINGS window looks like the picture below.



Say OK, and exit out of everything.  
Restart your computer, and start surfing the net.
