1. Open Outlook Express
2. Select Tools then Email Accounts
3. E-mail window will open select View or Change existing E-mail Accounts Then
Next
4. Highlight
radcafe.com, Click on Change.
5. Remember Case Sensitive use LOWER CASE ONLY. Check all blocks
a. User Info Name, E-mail address.
b. Server Info: In Box, mail.radcafe.com, Out Box, mail.radcafe.com
c. Logon Info, User ID and Password Lower Case. Click More Settings

6. Click on Outgoing Server. Make sure it looks like the picture below
7. Click Ok, It will bring you back to the Email Accounts Page
Click Next, then click Finish, Close all open windows
