Configuration

 

1) Open Outlook Express
2) Select Accounts from the Tools menu.
The Accounts window will open displaying a set of index tabs.
3) Click the Mail tab and select Add >Mail. The Internet Wizard window will open and prompt you to enter your real name. Click Next..
4) Put in your email address in the form username@radcafe.com. Click Next.
5) The Email server window opens.
Internet Mail Server: POP3
Incoming Mail (POP3) mail.radcafe.com
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) mail.radcafe.com
 Click Next.
6) The Internet Mail login window appears. Log on using should be marked.
Account Name: user_id@rc.multidial.com
Password: password
Click Next
Note: both account name and password are case sensitive.
7) In the Friendly Name window, put in your username. Click Next.
8) For Choose your Connection type, choose I will establish ... Click Next then Finsh.
9) Click Close at the bottom of the Internet Accounts window.

Outlook Express by default will check for new mail every 15 minutes. To change the time intervals between connection click Tools->Options->General. You should see the Checking Mail option. Set it to 8 minutes.

You can also open your Inbox automatically on startup by checking the option When starting ....
